Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with WanderPaw. By purchasing from our store you agree to the following terms.

From WanderPaw is an e-commerce store selling Personalised Dog accessories. Our store is operated via Shopify and orders are fulfilled by Dropsure. We are based in the United Kingdom.
2. Orders and payment
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the payment details you provide are accurate and belong to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our store are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.
4. Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by Dropsure and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
5. Returns and refunds
Our full returns and refund policy is outlined on our Refund and Return Policy page. This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it without giving a reason. This right does not apply to perishable goods or products that have been opened for hygiene reasons. We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product contents may vary slightly from images shown. If a product does not match its description, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under our returns policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WanderPaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
